After school - softball conditioning at the Barren River Dam ... winning team was the Smoochers ... 8 players in 45 minutes ran 16 miles and 26 Dam hills ... pretty good! All together the 16 participants today ran for a total of 31 miles and 40 Dam hills. Of course, we refreshed at Ranger Bob's afterwards ... a well deserved stop!
