Today in Genetics we completed our second and last electrophoresis lab to cut and analyze lambda DNA. The gels are destaining tonight and tomorrow we will make some calculations to determine the size of DNA strands after cutting the DNA with different restriction enzymes.
We have one or two students to complete their tutorial program ... hopefully we can wrap this us tomorrow and have some peer evaluations.
We are in our fourth day of human anatomy study of organ systems ... today was the human brain and we finished our muscle identification activity. Tomorrow is reproduction and sense organs. We hope to wrap up this anatomy unit tomorrow or Monday before we leave for Thanksgiving vacation.
Tomorrow the softball team is hitting at BSA ... schedule is by my classroom door.
