Genetics and Biotechnology - We finished our transformation lab Friday. Congrats to Lauren and Hannah for the most bacterial transformations ... also, our flies are doing well. Tomorrow will be the only day we will have enough people for class ... the rest of the week over half the class will be gone to APES ... depending on scheduling ... tomorrow, discussion questions for Chap 12 and dump parent flies from our tubes.
