In AP Biology, we wrapped up our Osmosis Lab today and did analysis our data. We have the water potential equations to do tomorrow but should spend most of the day on biochemistry and proteins.
Selected Topics continued their regeneration lab (this lab will end next Monday) and checked our plants in our Great Plant Growing contest ... we finished the block working on analysis of food labels and some biochem vocabulary. Tomorrow we start our study of cells.
We had hitting for our younger players after school ... tee work, front toss, live pitching and machine.
Headed home afterwards and worked on my Keynote presentation on cells.
We had a cold front come through today ... this morning it was about 60 degrees which is a red flag in January and just have noon, the front came through. We had a severe storm / tornado drill for about 25 minutes but in the end just a cloud burst with some wind ... cold tonight with some serious north wind!
We have Club Day tomorrow so some students will be out of each class ... will work through it!
