Dandelions, Coyotes and back to school ...

Yesterday was a beautiful day ... I got up early before church to watch a coyote hunting just behind my back yard and after church took a walk ... I saw a few dandelions blooming ... a confusing winter for plants, I hope the trees will hold back and not get frosted later.  The median spring frost free date here is April 11th, so it is a long way away.

Tomorrow in AP Biology, we will finish our Diffusion Osmosis Lab ... generate classroom data, lab questions, potato data analysis to find the osmotic equivalent to sucrose and observations of onion cells when subjected to a hypertonic solution.  We will also continue our study of biochemistry.

In Selected Topics, we will analyze food labels, change the planarian water, check our plants and start our study of cells.

Softball practice tomorrow will be for MS, freshmen and sophomores ... hitting after school.
